Each Goose is individually handcrafted, from the carefully shaped body to the smallest finishing details. Because every piece is made by hand rather than mass-produced, no two are ever exactly alike. Those tiny differences are part of what makes each Goose special.

Each Issie & Me Goose is individually handcrafted in South Africa, with every piece thoughtfully cut, sewn, assembled and finished by hand. The nature of handmade means no two are ever exactly alike — each Goose has its own unique details and character.

Care
The Goose is not machine washable and should not be submerged in water. Gently spot clean when needed using a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow to air dry completely.
Please Note
The party hat is removable and may contain small components. Please remove the hat when The Goose is being handled by a young child and always use appropriate adult supervision.
Made to Order
Every Goose is handmade especially for you. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your order to be made before it is ready for collection or dispatch.
The beauty is in the differences — each Goose is handmade, each one is unique, and no two will ever be quite the same.
Every Issie & Me Goose is individually handmade to order with great care. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in shape, stitching, size and finishing are completely natural and form part of the unique character of your Goose. These variations are not considered defects.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all original accessories and packaging.
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide you with the necessary return information.
Customised Orders
Items that have been specifically customised or personalised at your request cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, except where the item is defective or where otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your Goose arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Original delivery charges and return courier costs are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Where an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Issie & Me will cover reasonable return costs where required.
Please note: As each Goose is handmade, small differences between your Goose and photographs shown on our website are to be expected and are part of what makes every piece unique.
Orders are shipped within South Africa using trusted courier partners, or collected directly from us in Centurion, Pretoria.
Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service selected.
Collection
Prefer to collect? Free collection is available directly from us in Centurion, Pretoria. Once your Goose is ready, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable collection time.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated separately and may vary depending on your delivery address and available courier option. Collection is free of charge.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your Goose on the journey home.
PLEASE NOTE: The 3–5 business day making period does not include courier delivery time. For collections, you’ll be notified as soon as your Goose is ready.
