Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. When you place an order or contact Issie & Me, we may collect information such as your name, email address, contact number and delivery details. This information is used only to process your order, communicate with you and provide our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Terms & Conditions

Every Issie & Me companion is lovingly handmade, which means small variations in stitching, shape and finish are completely natural. No two companions will be exactly the same. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Made-to-order items require approximately 3–5 business days to create before dispatch. Payment must be received before production begins. By placing an order, you agree to the product information, pricing and policies displayed on our website.

Returns & Refunds

Because each companion is handmade and made to order, please contact us before returning an item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email hello@issieandme.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and photos so we can help. Customised items may not always be eligible for return, subject to applicable South African consumer law.

Product Care

Our companions are not machine washable and should not be submerged in water. Gently spot clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. Some designs may contain removable decorative elements, so appropriate adult supervision is recommended for young children.
